We are working with a creative agency based in the heart of London, working with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Netflix, BBC, and Universal. Projects range from eye-catching marketing campaigns to cutting-edge title sequences and digital content for global audiences. As we continue to expand our creative team, we’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join them on this exciting journey. They have x2 hires Middleweight Motion designer – £35k+ Senior Motion designer – £45k+ The Role: As a Motion Designer you’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations for high-profile clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, bringing concepts to life through design, animation, and storytelling. While 3D experience (Cinema 4D, etc.) is a bonus, we’re primarily looking for someone with strong skills in 2D motion graphics and animation. Key Responsibilities: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for a range of digital and broadcast platforms. Collaborate with directors, designers, and producers to create visually stunning content that aligns with brand and project goals. Take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery. Help develop innovative ideas and creative approaches that push the boundaries of motion design. Maintain high standards of design and animation quality, ensuring projects meet deadlines and client expectations. Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere Pro is a plus). A solid portfolio showcasing your motion design skills, with a focus on digital, broadcast, or entertainment content. Experience with 2D animation, typography, and compositing. Familiarity with 3D motion design (Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus, but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback. Experience working in a fast-paced agency or creative studio environment is advantageous. Bonus: Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software. Experience working with high-profile entertainment brands or content.
