Job Description Senior Recruiter 5 Days a week at the Beaconsfield Head Office Purpose of the Role Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, worldwide. Pentagon Technical Services are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our head office team. You would work under the Talent Acquisition Manager with bringing candidates into the company for numerous Construction roles. Construction knowledge or experience is desirable, needs to be confident on the phone and is highly organised. Please note, this is not a cold calling position with clients, all our clients are existing. Key Deliverables The following duties fall within the purview of this role: Work as part of a small Recruitment team bringing in new candidates into an SME business. Process the CVs that come into the Recruitment inbox for screening. Screen candidates for Construction positions, explain Pentagon Technical Services as a company and talk through the full employment process. Work on a number of roles at the same time. Liaise with the Project Directors regarding potential jobs and booking interviews via Microsoft Teams. Advertise job adverts on LinkedIn and CV library. Build relationships with existing clients. Attend meetings, conferences, and events to build relationships with industry partners. Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Answer the office phone when needed. Manage the CVs that come into the Recruitment inbox. Create excel spreadsheets regarding salary packages. Write Pre-Contract agreements and send to candidates. Up-date candidate information and keep everyone up to date with processes. Skills & Attributes An organised individual who can juggle a lot of jobs at the same time. The ability to sell products and services. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. A strategic and creative mind with excellent customer service. Technical Skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the clients’ requirements. Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to motivate themselves.
