Senior Associate Solicitor - Commercial/IT

THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for an ambitious Commercial Associate Solicitor c 8 + PQE

As a key member of a fast growing team, the post holder will be handling a high level, broad ranging client facing workload working with clients from a range of industry sectors

The core work areas will cover; commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, IT agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements and data protection matters.

The post holder will also be encouraged to participate in business development initiatives in addition to team supervision duties

THE CANDIDATE

You will be 8+ PQE with relevant commercial/IT experience gained from working in a City firm or large regional firm

Motivated candidates looking for genuine career progression would be ideally suited to this role
