Trade Counter Manager wanted! KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with a made to measure kbb manufacturer to assist them in looking for a trade counter manager in Greater Manchester. Full time permanent position Monday – Friday, paying £55,000 Role: * Develop and Execute strategies to drive trade Counter performance, including achieving and exceeding sales targets * Optimising product placement, and managing Customer engagement with the trade Counter * Lead by example alongside a reporting team in providing an exceptional, personalised experience to customers visiting the trade Counter * Ensure that client needs are understood and met while maintaining a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling * Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach * Provide guidance, coaching, and training as needed * Collaborate with the marketing team, & other colleagues to create visually captivating displays and layouts that inspire customers * Regularly analyse trade counter performance metrics, such as sales, foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve operations * Manage the trade counter budget effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to make informe…
