Line Leader About the Role We are seeking Production Line Leaders to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing production lines, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality and safety standards. Line Leader Shift Options 2-Shift Pattern: * Week 1: 5.30am–2.00pm Monday; 5.45am–2.00pm Tuesday to Friday * Week 2: 1.45pm–10.00pm Monday to Friday * Pay Rate: £11.94–£13.32 per hour Permanent Night Shift: * 9.45pm–6.00am, Monday to Friday (finishing 6.00am Saturday morning) * Pay Rate: £13.73–£15.32 per hour Line Leader’s Key Responsibilities * Oversee production lines to achieve planned output volumes in line with quality assurance and safety standards. * Ensure all documentation and systems are accurately maintained, following company protocols. * Uphold strict adherence to GMP and maintain a “clean as you go” housekeeping standard.
