Here at Sealey we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, friendly and conscientious HR Assistant to join a small, dedicated team based at our head office in Bury St Edmunds , Suffolk . Established in 1978, Sealey are a preferred choice for professionals within the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle, industrial and engineering market sectors. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate for the role of HR Assistant will be exposed to all areas of the HR and Payroll function. Responsibilities as our HR Assistant will include but are not limited to: Producing employee correspondence in respect of job offers, reference requests, contract addendums, acceptance of resignation letters. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies in-house and online, arranging and preparing for interviews and conducting interviews with recruiting department manager/supervisor when appropriate or required. Assisting with new starter inductions. Be responsible for the maintenance of Company T&A/self-service system, answering queries about the management and self-service portals.
