Salary £32,000 Hybrid Working – 3 days office 2 remote – Hours – 9.30am to 5.30pm Liverpool St / City The firm require a promising Legal Cashier Assistant eager to learn and develop their career in legal finance. You will ideally have current experience in a legal accounts department handling office and client accounting tasks in accordance with Solicitors Accounts Rules. The Legal Cashier Assistant will work directly with the Cashier Manager and working a small finance team. Legal Cashier Assistant responsibilities include Dealing with receipts and paying office account disbursements Transferring funds between office and client accounts Reconciliation of the firm’s credit card account Processing CHAPS payments when required Answering queries from Partners and Business Services groups Processing payments through bank Filing of all client account bank statements Updating the Cashier Manager with any SRA account rule breaches and assisting with the annual SRA Audit Liaising with the business to solve account queries prior to postings Support on bills postings and issuing credit notes Legal Cashi…
