The Role: You will be responsible for teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. You will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners. You will assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and support. You will contribute to the development of the English curriculum and departmental resources. You will participate in schoolwide activities and initiatives. The Ideal Candidate: You will be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a passion for English. You will have a proven track record of successful teaching in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will possess excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of effective pedagogical approaches. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to raising student attainment.
