What's on offer * Great salary and benefits * Up to 10% bonus * Support with courses and qualifications * Great long-term career progression on a global level * Working for an industry leader * Flexible working environment The role * Direct buying * Working within a team of 6 and very closely with an experienced Senior Buyer * Responsible for a category of around 15-20 suppliers and a budget of circa £10m * Managing suppliers, negotiating prices, assessing risk, and leading/ being a part of projects * Travelling to suppliers, mainly in the UK but occasionally Europe * Hybrid role – approx 2 days in the office * Mon-Fri 8-4/ 9-5 but can be flexible What you need * Degree qualified in a relevant subject i.e. business, supply chain etc * Ideally either CIPS qualified or working towards CIPS qualification * Min of 2 years experience in a Buying/ Procurement/ Supply Chain role * Experience of direct buying * Good analytical/ numerical skills * Must be able to drive If this role sounds of interest to you, please send your CV along with some further information as to why you are suitable and interested
