Our client, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team in their Maidstone, Kent office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to become part of one of the UK’s top 150 consultancies, working on a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety sectors, among others. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering these projects. Additionally, you will be involved in dilapidations, schedule of condition surveys, tender reviews, party wall matters, and specification writing, among other duties.
