About The Role Team – Governance and risk Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport office. Full time, 35 hours per week. Top 3 skills needed for this role: Analytically minded Strategic and practical approach Relationship Management skillsWhat this role is all about: To support the Head of Risk and Senior Risk Business Partner in evaluation of internal processes, systems, and procedures to identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Key Actions Collaborate with 1st & 2nd Line Risk and Compliance and Claims Fraud colleagues; Assist Risk BP in the production of Committee reporting materials ensuring accurate and timely reporting is undertaken to satisfy Service Operations Risk Committee and requirements; Identifying, logging and tracking progress of Incidents and corrective actions to agreed timelines; Report on outstanding actions highlighting areas of high risk and/or Incidents that may meet escalation criteria; Analyse and evaluate information, working with business departments across Vitality, to identify risks that could impact the business; Prepare reports and present findings to 1st Line Risk and Compliance and relevant business owners; Support implementation of the Operational Resilience Programme; Stay informed, manage personal awareness of Regulatory and Industry Body updates in order to ensure high level of Risk and Compliance acumen What do you need to thrive?
