Grounds Supervisor within our Parks Service SO1 – £37,068 – £38,058 pa Permanent contract Full Time Working on a Bank holiday and weekend rota is a requirement of this role. Do you have the passion to lead a team to succeed? This exciting opportunity requires a motivated individual who can contribute to the delivery of innovative ground’s services. You will need to be able to communicate to a range of groups, as well as lead a front-line team. You will need to be: An experienced supervisor in the grounds maintenance, parks, horticulture or landscaping sector. Able to issue and monitor work schedules and forecast future works. Understand and able to use machinery safely and competently Able to adapt to different requests and priorities and remain calm and decisive during times of pressure. Competent in line management supervision and direction to a team of front-line team members, ensuring consistency and high standards in service provision.
