We are seeking a Responsible Individual (RI)/ Area Manager to oversee four Ofsted-registered homes supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape service quality, drive continuous improvement, and support Registered Managers across multiple sites.
About the Role
The successful candidate will take on RI duties for four established homes across London and Kent. You will play a key strategic role in ensuring all services remain compliant with The Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015), supporting Registered Managers and working closely with Ofsted and other key stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential: Management experience in Ofsted-regulated childrens homes. Must be able to evidence experience by providing URNs and Ofsted reports where you are named as either the Registered Manager or Responsible Individual.
- Desirable: Previous experience as a Responsible Individual. We will also consider strong candidates looking to step up from a Registered Manager role, who can demonstrate an excellent Ofsted track record and are ready for the next career progression.
