About the Role : As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work within an Agile team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll contribute to projects that shape the future of banking, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and deliver value. With exposure to diverse stakeholders and cutting-edge technologies, this is an ideal role for someone with 9–18 months of experience in financial services who is eager to grow. Key Responsibilities : • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business problems, requirements, and opportunities. • Support the development of high-quality business requirements and process designs. • Assist in the creation of business cases to justify investment in proposed solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery of solutions. • Ensure solutions align with organisational goals and regulatory standards. • Help maintain traceability from requirements through to delivery and testing. • Provide support for change management activities to ensure successful implementation of solutions. What We’re Looking For : • Experience : 9–18 months as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services sector. • Knowledge : Familiarity with Agile principles and a basic understanding of banking processes. • Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation. • Mindset : Eager to learn, collaborative, and ready to take on new challenges. • Desirable : Recognised qualifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
