What We’re Looking For : • Experience : 9–18 months as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services sector. • Knowledge : Familiarity with Agile principles and a basic understanding of banking processes. • Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation. • Mindset : Eager to learn, collaborative, and ready to take on new challenges. • Desirable : Recognised qualifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
