As part of our dynamic team, you will be involved in creating cutting-edge campaigns, refining processes, and contributing to exciting projects.

As a Creative Artworker, you’ll work closely with our creative lead and wider marketing team to create high-quality, engaging visuals across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of creative flair and precision in artworking, ensuring designs are both visually compelling and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements and digital and creative content for social and online channels.
  • Create and refine artwork for product packaging, ensuring accuracy across formats, SKUs, and product lines.
  • Prepare artwork for print production, including layout, file setup, proofing, and liaising with suppliers as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content that aligns with our brand identity and values.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development.
  • Support in the management of design files and assets.
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the design department.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design, creative artwork, or design role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A balance of creativity and technical precision, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Understanding of print production, file preparation, and digital design best practices.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for endurance sports and fitness (a bonus, but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A portfolio showcasing your print and packaging artwork experience.
