The Role:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Architect to join their team. This position involves leading a new Dynamics 365 implementation for a global retailer in the food and beverage sector, currently at the very early stages. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, offering the opportunity to shape the project’s architecture and deliver significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, present architectural designs, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Solution Design: Lead the customisation, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to address client-specific needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside development, data, cloud, and change management teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
- Best Practices: Promote best practices for CRM architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and security standards.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Architect, with a strong track record of delivering successful implementations.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of solution design principles, including security, scalability, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in global retail or food and beverage sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
