About the role
As an Anaplan Solution Architect, you will own overarching Anaplan strategic direction, working with key finance and business stakeholders to prioritise and deliver the Anaplan roadmap. Ensure day-to-day Anaplan functions as intended, with smooth and clear communication.
This role plays a significant part in understanding the challenges faced by the business and ensuring that Anaplan is architected in a way that the new solutions alleviate these. You will contribute to several initiatives around financial planning within the business. You will work closely across finance, technology, and transformation teams. You will lead the Anaplan Architect and other junior resources who work within the team and support them in delivering a high-quality output.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the FP&A processes and support the roadmap of technology transformation within Charlotte Tilbury.
As an Anaplan Solution Architect you will:
- Knowledge: Full understanding of existing applications, models, and process flows.
- Processes: Own and review process documentation and training materials.
- Daily Maintenance: Escalation point for urgent/significant BAU issues.
- Monthly Actuals: Ultimate responsibility for monthly actuals integration from ERP system.
- New Developments: System architect for the design and implementation of all new developments and redesigning existing areas when required, covering all areas of the lifecycle (analyse, design, build, test, implement, support).
- Stakeholder Management: Own relationships with Group FP&A, the wider finance and tech teams.
- User Management: Overall responsibility for ensuring users in line with contract.
- Relationship with Anaplan: Own relationship with Anaplan key contacts, including contract renewal, training and support, understanding new features.
- Coaching / Team Management: Line management of 2 team members (Anaplan model builder and Anaplan admin).
About you:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or Finance, or a similar analytics-related field.
- Anaplan Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner.
- Anaplan Model Building: Strong Anaplan design and implementation experience.
- Financial Modelling: Strong financial modelling experience.
- Budget / Forecasting: Experience in forecasting and budgeting, with proven experience in a commercial and analytical environment.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and coaching team members (line management of 2 team members).
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Behaviours: Ability to think logically and methodically.

- Behaviours: Flexible and proactive with an eagerness to learn.
- Behaviours: Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business.
