We are looking for an Industrial Engineer for a global industrial company. The environment is highly automated with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimising Processes: Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and develop strategies for streamlining production processes.
  • Problem Solving: Analyse production issues, diagnose root causes, and develop and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize techniques like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in industrial settings, especially in manufacturing or production roles, and ideally some good understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
