The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar. You’ll also be hands-on in running our 4D Laser Arena, hosting immersive escape room experiences, and managing our karaoke rooms to keep the energy high and the fun flowing.
Bring your efficiency, initiative, and friendly vibes! Your role is all about putting exceptional customer service at the heart of what you do. And, of course, being confident and at ease with customers is key!
