Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Managing a full caseload of family law matters, including:
  • Divorce & separation
  • Financial disputes & settlements
  • Private children matters
  • Providing tailored, high-quality legal advice to clients
  • Representing clients in court and undertaking advocacy where appropriate
  • Developing strong client relationships through clear and compassionate communication

    We're looking for a confident and experienced legal professional with a passion for family law.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven experience in family law
    • Strong knowledge of family legal procedures, including private law children matters and financial remedy cases
    • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
    • Client-focused, self-motivated and able to manage your own caseload effectively
    • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach
