We are looking for a highly experienced Field Service Engineer from the medical equipment or medical instrument industry. Working with the customer service team, you will provide service, maintenance and installation services to a range of clients including hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing, maintenance, installation and upgrading for medical equipment.
  • Maintenance of test equipment and tools.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contractual terms/ SLA are met.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Escalate issues when needed.
  • Adhere to relevant codes of conduct, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standard.
  • Attend product training sessions.
  • Ensure the timely processing of parts.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Field service experience from the medical industry (electrical equipment).
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office and an understanding of networks).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
