We are looking for a highly experienced Field Service Engineer from the medical equipment or medical instrument industry. Working with the customer service team, you will provide service, maintenance and installation services to a range of clients including hospitals and clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, installation and upgrading for medical equipment.
- Maintenance of test equipment and tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contractual terms/ SLA are met.
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Escalate issues when needed.
- Adhere to relevant codes of conduct, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standard.
- Attend product training sessions.
- Ensure the timely processing of parts.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Field service experience from the medical industry (electrical equipment).
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office and an understanding of networks).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driver’s license.
