Manage indirect procurement category (MKT, Retail, Admin, Logistics etc) and focus on after-sale service & logistics, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within WEU countries.
Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, ensuring all execution goes well and efficiently, while continuously optimizing deliverables' quality, cost, and efficiency to contribute to better business success.
Develop the procurement strategy by category to promote procurement's profession sustainably, improve the coverage of frame agency, manage the whole process from PR to payment, and avoid compliance risk.
Conduct supplier selection for all categories to filter excellent frame agencies and implement PO under the frame contract, establishing long-term relationships with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality.
As a sponsor for country/regional procurement manager, have an in-depth understanding of the company's business, control stakeholder demands to create a comprehensive resource plan, and promote satisfaction with stakeholders at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multi-tasking work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, good at communicating and cooperating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries (Telecom, FMCG, Electronics), experienced in indirect marketing procurement, including after-sales service and logistics (warehousing, transportation service, reverse-logistics) segments.
- Minimum 2 years team management experience.
- Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), able to independently complete various reports, documents, and presentation materials.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral communication. Multiple languages would be a plus.
- Open-minded and fast learner. Be ready for business trips in domain market or cross-countries.
- Must hold valid residence ID and driver license.
