TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a rating expert at either Associate/Senior Associate/Associate Partner to work out of their prestigious London offices.

Our client is one of the fastest growing property consultancies in the UK currently and are known for staff happiness, satisfaction and development. Given the strategic growth mandate across multiple markets, especially business rates, they now require additional expertise to join their fast growing team and report into the overall head. What makes this role really interesting is that it is a succession planning piece that will see the selected candidate working very closely with a senior figurehead of the team, eventually taking their client base which makes this role unique. With this in mind, this opportunity offers unrivalled chances for progression and a ‘fast track’ route to partnership.

The Business Rates team is small with circa 7 team members and a BD professional but is actively growing. It’s the perfect chance to join a firm that has ‘reputation’ and ‘brand’ but in a team small enough that you can make huge impact and be visible.

The team handles a national portfolio, but approximately 65% of the work is London and Southeast-focused, particularly within the M25. The caseload is diverse, and advise a variety of clients on multiple asset classes. Large growth areas beyond the bulk assets are self-storage and infrastructure where our client is a market leader.
