Our client, a leading national consultancy, is seeking an experienced Head of Farming to drive their farming business strategy and cultivate client relationships across the UK.
Position Overview
As Head of Farming, you will lead the team through significant changes in agricultural policy, implementing effective business plans and driving high performance across the department while maintaining key client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective business plans and vision
- Drive high performance across the Farming department
- Cultivate existing clients and establish new relationships
- Oversee processes to manage risk, quality, and profitability
- Develop a culture of process improvement
- Manage P&L for the Farming department
- Communicate financial information to relevant stakeholders

Requirements
- Demonstrable record in the Farming sector with strong consultancy and client management background
