This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst Specialist to join my client, a leading global SaaS organization renowned for its award-winning work environment. The role is perfect for a motivated analyst who thrives in a hands-on position, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams worldwide, and seeks to become a valued member of a dynamic team.
Duties:
- Establish subject-matter-expertise on our various sales tools and data sources
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, MS Excel. Tableau, or Qlikview is considered a plus.
- Audit data and reconcile when discrepancies are identified.
- Learn from and share best practices with the global Business Analysts community
- Participate in qualifying requirements for new features and process enhancements
- Represent the sales team for process and tool enhancements to help prioritize needs
- Liaise with Marketing to manage campaigns and deliver campaign leads to sales
- Help drive process adoption with sales agents
- Ability to work as a Project Manager bringing key stakeholders together tracking needs and coordinating deliveries is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and lead from the front within the team, including leadership responsibilities
Skills:
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel (very comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, index, and complex nested formulas)
- Strong analytical ability to pull business insights from complex data sets, communicating results with clarity and providing recommendations to the business.
- Expertise with Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Proven understanding of relational databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Proven track record influencing without authority
