This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst Specialist to join my client, a leading global SaaS organization renowned for its award-winning work environment. The role is perfect for a motivated analyst who thrives in a hands-on position, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams worldwide, and seeks to become a valued member of a dynamic team.

Duties:

  • Establish subject-matter-expertise on our various sales tools and data sources
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, MS Excel. Tableau, or Qlikview is considered a plus.
  • Audit data and reconcile when discrepancies are identified.
  • Learn from and share best practices with the global Business Analysts community
  • Participate in qualifying requirements for new features and process enhancements
  • Represent the sales team for process and tool enhancements to help prioritize needs
  • Liaise with Marketing to manage campaigns and deliver campaign leads to sales
  • Help drive process adoption with sales agents
  • Ability to work as a Project Manager bringing key stakeholders together tracking needs and coordinating deliveries is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and lead from the front within the team, including leadership responsibilities

Skills:

  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel (very comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, match, index, and complex nested formulas)
  • Strong analytical ability to pull business insights from complex data sets, communicating results with clarity and providing recommendations to the business.
  • Expertise with Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Proven understanding of relational databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Proven track record influencing without authority
