A leading UK-based media company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support its Martech (Marketing Technology) initiatives. This is part of a critical initiative aimed at enhancing campaign success and driving audience engagement.
This role serves as a vital link between technology and marketing, ensuring Martech solutions are effective, compliant, and strategically aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver a Martech roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Lead the integration of marketing tools including CDPs, CRMs, CMS platforms, analytics, and campaign technologies.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, consent management, and secure-by-design principles are embedded in all solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Research, and Marketing teams to develop and deploy Martech capabilities.
- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Align teams and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver scalable, high-impact Martech products.
- Experience in a core product management role, with some experience specifically on Martech products.
- Experience working within B2C Media, live streaming, or digital advertising.
- Demonstrated impact on Martech product strategy and delivery.
- Proven experience implementing third-party SaaS applications in an enterprise environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and data security best practices.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in integrating third-party APIs, internal tools, and legacy systems.
- Familiarity with architecture tools (e.g., Ardoq) to identify system dependencies and gaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Skilled in developing experiment-led roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
- Adept at driving improvements in personalisation, automation, and campaign attribution.
- Comfortable working with emerging technologies and digital innovation in the Martech space.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
