Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (2-4 PQE) – Elite US Firm in London

We have been instructed by an elite US firm in London on a new role for a mid-level Restructuring Associate.

The role will focus on non-contentious, transactional restructuring deals, as well as providing specialist advice on issues including schemes of arrangement and cross-border insolvency matters.

The partners are interested in hearing from associates with 2-4 years of PQE from firms in London, as well as being open to candidates from the Australia or New Zealand markets.

The firm pays at Cravath rates in London.
