A warm and inclusive early years setting in Watford is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September. This is a full-time, term-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to support children in a well-resourced and nurturing environment.
You will be working closely with other early years professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating space where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 2 to 5
- Planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
- Building strong relationships with children, parents and staff
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment at all times
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Location: Watford
- Pay: £105-£115 per day (via umbrella)
- Contract: Full-time, term-time
- Start Date: September 2025
