Recruit4Staff are proud to represent our client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Sub Agent to work on their long-term civil engineering & infrastructure project in the Penrhyndeudraeth area. For the successful Sub Agent our client is offering: Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset) Day shifts Permanent role Company car or car allowance 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Digs provided Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client The Role – Sub Agent To lead the construction team within area of responsibility whilst ensuring the successful delivery of the project Responsible for all aspects of the works, including compliance with legal, company and project requirements Comply with Company procedures and legal obligations at all times, promoting best practice Maintain a detailed knowledge of subcontractors’ scopes of work.
