The role:

We're looking for a switched-on, data-savvy Sourcing Analyst to join our Sourcing & Supply Chain squad. Think of it as the ultimate mix of fashion meets function - you'll work behind the scenes to keep our supply chain smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve. You'll be diving into reports, supplier info, and product data - keeping everything on point so we can move fast and deliver what our customers love. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, but ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

What you'll do:

  • Keep supplier info slick, up-to-date, and audit-ready
  • Create smart reports + dashboards to track costs, timings & performance
  • Support sustainability + compliance processes (yep, ESG matters here)
  • Help streamline onboarding and supplier documentation
  • Link up with teams across Product, Finance & beyond to keep everything flowing
