My client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team and play a crucial role in transforming the renewable energy landscape. With a 10GW+ pipeline spanning the globe, my client is committed to advancing solar and battery storage systems that make a real difference in reducing global carbon emissions.
Your Role:
- As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be essential in developing innovative designs for solar and battery energy storage (BESS) systems.
- Creating system layouts and designs for renewable energy projects.
- Assessing potential sites worldwide and preparing lease documentation for project planning.
- Conducting shading analyses and energy production forecasts to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with project managers and providing insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
Your Expertise:
- 4+ years of experience in BESS and solar design, including hands-on use of tools like AutoCAD, PVCase, PVSyst, and GIS.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a similar discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
