KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit an Income and Reconciliations Assistant for a dynamic and growing business near Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for details and be looking to progress quickly within the role.
Main duties will include:
- Processing commission statements
- Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining all the necessary spreadsheets
- Liaising with the offices to obtain statements
- Logging into partner portals to download statements
- Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements
- Typing up statements from postal reports to upload
- Contacting partners to resolve queries via telephone and email
- Reviewing unallocated daily and ensuring these are being actioned, liaising with the transactional manager if any issues arise
- Reviewing data for inconsistencies
- Completing month end reporting and analysis for the Group Transactional Manager
- Carrying out any other ad hoc duties or projects as required
