You will lead by example, support staff development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and programmes at Leon Leisure.This is more than a leisure job – it\’s an opportunity to support community wellbeing while contributing to Lift Schools\’ mission of providing an excellent education for every child, in every classroom, every day.Key Responsibilities * Lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. * Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards. * Assist with staff recruitment, training, and rota planning. * Promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities. * Act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support. * Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively.What We\’re Looking For * A confident, reliable leader with experience in a leisure or customer service environment. * An NPLQ holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations. * Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing. * A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.About Leon Leisure CentreAt the heart of our community, on the site of Sir Herbert Leon Academy, Leon Leisure Centre offers top-tier fitness and sports facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose sports hall, 3G Astro-turf, and grass pitches.
