About the Role
As CTO, you’ll be the driving force behind an ambitious digital evolution, leading the development and integration of innovative, scalable solutions across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a transformative technology roadmap to build a scalable, efficient, and innovative platform.
- Hands-On Technical Expertise : Lead the development and integration of systems, including Ruby on Rails, SugarCRM, AWS, .NET portals, and APIs.
- Technology Operations : Oversee platforms, ensure data security and governance, and implement automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Project Management : Deliver large-scale digital transformation projects, manage third-party relationships, and introduce agile practices.
