HVAC Team Leader - Heat Pumps

Were looking for a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Supervisor with specialist knowledge of heat pump systems and a background in refrigeration or commercial HVAC. This is a key leadership role in a rapidly growing renewables company at the cutting edge of low-carbon technology.

If you're F-Gas certified, technically strong, and ready to lead a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
As HVAC Service Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and support a team of field engineers working on large-scale heat pump installations

• Act as the technical lead, handling complex faults and escalations

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads and engineer schedules

• Maintain service quality, safety standards, and compliance (including F-Gas regulations)

• Mentor and develop junior engineers, ensuring high standards across the board

Requirements:

• F-Gas certification essential

• Proven experience with heat pumps and larger HVAC systems

• Background in refrigeration engineering or commercial HVAC

• Experience in a supervisory, mentoring, or lead engineer role

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with both field work and team coordination
