Are you an immediately available, experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant looking to join a creative company based in London? A brand new opportunity has arisen to join and support the team with end to end Talent coordination on an initial 2 to 3 month temp basis.
You will be responsible for supporting them with end to end coordination such as:
- Oversee applications
- Scheduling interviews
- Liaising with candidates
- Support on the wider projects including early careers
You will have a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to build strong relationships easily, while exercising a high level of discretion.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous Talent Coordination experience including screening, scheduling, assessment centres
- Excellent ATD and communications skills
- Be completely comfortable managing Outlook calendars to book interviews
- Know their way around Microsoft Teams
