On behalf of a fast-growing, creator-focused business, we are seeking a commercially driven leader to head up Brand Partnerships at the Director or VP level. Key Responsibilities- Drive the full lifecycle of brand deals - from identifying commercial opportunities to pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing.
- Build, manage, and expand high-level relationships with brands, media agencies, and advertising stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with top digital creators to shape branded content strategies that align with both commercial goals and creator voice.
- Consistently deliver revenue targets while building a scalable, repeatable commercial function.
- Proven success closing brand sponsorship or advertising deals, ideally within media, influencer marketing, or digital content.
- Commercially minded and target-driven - you're a natural sales leader who thrives on performance and incentives.
