On behalf of a fast-growing, creator-focused business, we are seeking a commercially driven leader to head up Brand Partnerships at the Director or VP level. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the creator economy - where content, commerce, and culture collide. As they scale operations in the UK, they are now hiring a senior executive to own and lead the brand partnerships function. This is a pivotal role for a confident dealmaker who thrives in high-growth, high-reward environments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the full lifecycle of brand deals - from identifying commercial opportunities to pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing.
- Build, manage, and expand high-level relationships with brands, media agencies, and advertising stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with top digital creators to shape branded content strategies that align with both commercial goals and creator voice.
- Consistently deliver revenue targets while building a scalable, repeatable commercial function.
- Proven success closing brand sponsorship or advertising deals, ideally within media, influencer marketing, or digital content.
- Commercially minded and target-driven - you're a natural sales leader who thrives on performance and incentives.
- Deep understanding of the media and agency landscape, with an existing network across brands and marketing decision-makers.
