As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) operations. You’ll help our recruitment and business development teams stay productive and aligned. You’ll support every part of the process and if you’re organised, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role could be for you.
What you’ll do
- Ensure data accuracy, systems compliance, and provide a high-level of administrative support across your teams.
- Format documents, write job ads, executive summaries, and client proposals.
- Research markets and generate leads for our business development team.
- Support onboarding and internal training.
- Organise events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee remote office operations and support travel and IT coordination.
- Contribute to process improvements and keep us aligned with best practices.
This is a full-time contract based remotely, within the EMEA region. It’s fast-paced, rewarding, and a chance to be part of something bigger.
What you bring
- Experience in administration, recruitment, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven understanding of recruitment processes and experience supporting both clients and candidates.
- Self-starter and a team player with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced and global environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively across various projects and teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (tech-savviness is a plus!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse team.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and/or fluency in French or Spanish is desirable but not required.
- Confirmation of applicable right to work.
