Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in South East England who are seeking to hire a senior education and SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months. The role will be fully remote, and is open for extension pending the success of permanent recruitment. The ideal candidate will: – Have at least 5 years PQE, – Have previous experience with SEN appeals and JADRs, – Have a strong background dealing with tribunal matters, – Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision, – Have prior experience supervising/managing junior staff, – Be experienced working in the public sector.
