Pembrook Resourcing are currently sourcing a Bodyshop Controller/ Bodyshop Manager to join one of our clients busy Aftersales Workshop!

Your main duties will be to oversee and motivate a team of skilled technicians and apprentices, panel beaters, paint sprayers ect. Work alongside the Branch Manager to achieve branch efficiency and profitability.

Essential Requirements

Audatex

Have at least 3 years Bodyshop management experience

Excellent communication and IT skills

Customer Service Skills

Achieving budget sales and cost targets weekly, monthly and annually

Ensuring all health and safety policy and procedures are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practises and monitor the correct use and storage of PPE.
