- IP Specialist: Advise on the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property assets.
- Data Governance Champion: Support the data governance function, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Legal Innovator: Stay ahead of the curve on legal developments in areas like AI and data science, providing cutting-edge advice to the organisation.
What you’ll need:
- Qualified and Experienced: You’re a qualified solicitor or barrister with extensive PQE in intellectual property, commercial, and contract law, ideally with experience in the life sciences or medical research sector.
- Data Savvy: You have a strong understanding of data protection law and its application in research settings, with knowledge of AI legal considerations being a significant advantage.
