Location: Shoreham

Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay: £25,000 per annum + Commission - 1st Year OTE of Circa £35,000 per annum

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B calling or customer-facing roles is helpful but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills paired with strong phone etiquette
  • Proficient and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Confident communicator with a professional and positive telephone manner
  • Resilient, motivated, and driven to not only meet but exceed targets
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Possesses a growth-oriented mindset, open to learning, feedback, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Well-organised with effective time management abilities
  • Demonstrates persistence, ambition, and a strong desire for continuous personal and professional growth
  • Ideally available for a start date of 29th July 2025
