Planner | Permanent | Cheshire Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Ref: DB036 A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a well-established town planning consultancy. They have a national presence and work on projects across various sectors such as commercial, residential, sport, leisure, healthcare, and public sector. Planner Duties * Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals * Conduct site appraisals and planning research * Prepare Retail Impact Assessments * Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders * Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes Planner Requirements * Relevant experience in a similar role * MRTPI or working towards * Retail Impact Assessment experience * A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of the various factors of retail planning; mainly in relation to promoting new and extended food retail outlets * Full UK driving license Why Join? * Generous Annual Leave * Hybrid Working * Pension * Friendly and Social Team * Many more!
