As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top-tier talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Issuing contracts of employment, job descriptions and new starter paperwork, checking right to work, references and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Entering new starters onto the employee database.
  • Managing the employee referrals process, processing incentive payments with payroll.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within a similar role.
  • REC (CertRP) qualification preferred, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
