Responsibilities:
Setting and Executing the Strategy for the Department:
- Setting the strategy for the department & executing the same
People Management & Development:
- Managing and overseeing team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisals
Improving the efficiency of the current operation:
- Building strong relationships with leaders across the organisation and group companies
Relationship Management with Insurance market:
- Building relationships with insurance companies or brokers
- Managing and maintaining those relationships with insurance companies and brokers
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience working at a senior level in a multinational corporation
- Expertise across a wide range of insurance lines (Property & Cat, Marine Cargo, Credit, Construction, Aviation, Energy etc)
- Experience managing & developing a team
