We’re looking for a talented Operations Director to work for our client within the Charity Sector.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of strategic leadership.

The Role:
In the Operations Director role you’ll be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business with a strong emphasis on optimising internal processes and support of the delivery of company’s strategic plans.
You’ll report to the Chief Executive Officer and whilst working remotely, you’ll spend one day a week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home or client-facing.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Ensuring operational excellence across the business
- Implementing risk management frameworks
- Internal team management and recruitment of growth positions

The ideal candidate for this Operations Director role will have relevant experience of strategic leadership.
You’ll also need experience of people management and operational management.
