Assistant Site Manager We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a 5*, national house builder who hold an excellent reputation in the industry. This opportunity will be based on a site in Cambridgeshire. Duties will include- Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image Suitable candidates will have experience in the above an would’ve previously worked for an established housebuilder. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
