Up to £80k base + 70-80% OTE
This is an Individual Contributor role, it is not management. The tech allows brands to engage customers in a non-invasive way. Instead of serving an ad straight away on a site and then multiple times annoying consumers, they have their own inventory that allows customers to engage with that content in peace and then serve an ad when they are done with that content, often when a consumer shows disengagement behaviours. They work across most of the SSPs and DSPs, working cross-channel.
Exciting Bits:
- They work with great enterprise brands and some of the big 6 agencies already.
- New team who have started very strong, with the team doing really well - they have big plans to grow and they are in a good place.
- Great leadership who can make you a better salesperson and are very good at promoting internally.
- Very good company benefits and office culture; they treat their staff really well.
The Role:
This is a new business role winning new media agencies (big 6) and brands direct. This is not a management role; it is a senior IC role selling programmatic adtech. You will hunt new business from scratch and manage a complex sales process whilst doing a full and constant discovery.
Requirements:
- You must have 3-10 years experience selling programmatic adtech to media agencies.
- You should have good contacts at GroupM, Dentsu and/or IPG.
